Parking
Southside has a small on-site car park that is prioritised for those with accessibility needs, and performers. Following accessibility and performer priorities, this car park works on a first come first served basis.
A larger, free, car park will be available across the road for some larger events but please check the information provided on the specific event listing where it will state if this is the case. Where it is not stated, this facility will not be available.
For private bookings, if a larger car park is required, please make this request during the booking process.
Accessibility
Our whole venue is accessible to all. There are ramps throughout, and spacious Disabled and baby changing toilet facilities.

Ticketing
Unless the event is sold out or cancelled by the venue, Southside are unable to provide ticket refunds.
Ticket prices will always be slightly more on the door compared to purchasing in advance.
